
High-strength, non-shrink precision grout for machine bases, anchor bolts and pockets from 10–100 mm.
Machine bases, anchor bolts, base plates and precast joints all share the same requirement: complete, permanent contact between steel and concrete. Ordinary mortar shrinks as it dries, leaving micro-gaps that let equipment settle, vibrate loose and crack its bedding.
Non-shrink precision grout is designed against exactly that — it flows into pockets and under plates without segregating, compensates for shrinkage as it cures, and develops high early strength so equipment can be loaded to schedule. It is specified by gap width, so match the product to the 10–100 mm range the joint actually presents.
Roughen, clean and pre-soak the concrete; remove standing water.
Leak-proof formwork with a head on the pouring side.
Mix to the TDS ratio; pour continuously from one side to avoid air pockets.
Moist-cure; load only when the stated strength is reached.

Because the grout’s entire job is full contact. Ordinary mortar shrinks slightly as it dries, so the plate ends up bearing on high spots instead of the whole area — under vibration that turns into movement, loosened bolts and cracked bedding. Non-shrink grout compensates for that shrinkage and keeps the bearing complete.
Pour continuously from one side only, letting the grout flow across to the far side so air is pushed ahead of it — never pour from both sides. Use a header box for head pressure on wide plates, and vent holes on large ones. The TDS gives the workable gap range and mixing ratio.
