The European standard for cementitious and reaction-resin tile adhesives — the source of the C, R and T/E/S classes.
The standard for tile grouts, covering cementitious (CG) and reaction-resin (RG) grouts like Sumoxy.
The Indian Standard for cementitious tile adhesives — tuned to local substrates and site conditions.
Cementitious adhesive. Class 1 is standard; Class 2 has improved bond strength (≥1 N/mm²).
Reduced slip — tiles stay put on vertical surfaces instead of sliding while you work.
Extended open time — stays workable longer after spreading, for stronger bedding.
Deformability — S1 is deformable, S2 highly deformable, for movement and large formats.
Reaction-resin adhesive (e.g. PU or epoxy). R2 denotes improved performance.
Grout classes: RG is reaction-resin grout; CG is cementitious grout (CG1 / CG2).
EN 12004 and EN 13888 letter-classes apply to tile adhesives and grouts. Our ready-mix mortars and waterproofing systems are graded a different way — shown just below.
