Factory-blended cement plaster for smooth, crack-resistant internal and external walls, with low rebound.
Site-mixed plaster depends on whatever sand arrived that week and whoever mixed that batch — which is where cracks, rebound waste and patchy walls come from. Factory-blended ready-mix plaster fixes the recipe: graded sand, cement and polymers batched by machine, so every bag behaves the same on the wall.
The result is a denser, more workable plaster with lower rebound, more even suction for paint and putty, and far less material wasted on the floor. On site it also removes the slowest step — proportioning — so teams cover more wall per day with fewer defects to rework.
Rake joints, remove loose material, pre-wet high-suction backgrounds.
Clean water only, at the water ratio on the bag — no site additions.
Build up in the coat thickness the TDS specifies; level and rod true.
Moist-cure as directed — curing is what stops shrinkage cracks.
THE PRODUCT TDS IS ALWAYS THE FINAL WORD ON RATIOS, THICKNESS AND CURE TIMES.
A factory-blended ready-mix plaster gives the same consistent mix every bag, better coverage and fewer cracks than site-batched cement and sand, with no sand-quality guesswork. It is quicker to apply and reduces wastage, which usually offsets the higher bag cost on a real project.
Yes — it is still a cement plaster and gains strength with moisture. Polymer modification improves water retention and workability, but you should moist-cure for the period the datasheet specifies, especially in hot or windy weather, to prevent shrinkage cracking.
