Every test starts the same way: with a sealed sample, a batch number and a technician who won't sign it off until the numbers say so.
A representative sample is drawn from the running production batch, sealed and tagged with its batch number.
The sample is booked into the QC register so every result stays traceable back to that exact batch.
Sample and specimens are held in the controlled room at 23°C and 50% RH for the standard period.
Technician mixes to the exact water ratio and casts specimens on standard slabs, blocks or moulds.
Results are checked against spec: pass and the batch is released; fail and it is held or rejected.
