Non-shrink, free-flowing micro concrete for structural repairs, jacketing and section restoration.
When cover concrete spalls, reinforcement corrodes or a section fails a core test, the repair has to restore the member’s section and strength — not just cosmetically patch it. That takes a repair material that flows around congested reinforcement, bonds to the parent concrete and doesn’t shrink away from it afterwards.
Micro concrete is exactly that: a free-flowing, non-shrink, pre-blended repair concrete that is poured or pumped into shuttered sections — jacketing columns, reinstating beams, rebuilding damaged sections — with minimal vibration and predictable strength.
Remove all loose and carbonated concrete; expose corroded steel fully.
Clean reinforcement to bright metal; apply protective/bonding treatment.
Fix tight formwork; pre-soak the substrate as the TDS directs.
Place micro concrete in one continuous pour; moist-cure thoroughly.

A factory-blended, free-flowing repair concrete with fine aggregate, designed to be poured into formed sections where normal concrete can’t be compacted — around congested reinforcement, in thin jackets and confined pockets. It is non-shrink, so the repair stays tight against the parent member.
Whenever the section is too thin, too congested or too confined to vibrate normal concrete properly — column jacketing, beam reinstatement, honeycomb repair and section restoration. Its flowability does the compaction, and the non-shrink formulation keeps the new material load-bearing.
